Mysore Ashtanga Yoga 2018
Mysore Ashtanga yoga is based on the style of yoga taught in Mysore, India. Students receive individualized instruction in the Ashtanga yoga sequence within a group setting. Participants slowly memorize the sequence while linking the postures with the breath so that it becomes a moving meditation. Everyone receives instruction based on level and ability. Mysore is open to everyone and suitable for all body types and levels of experience. Mysore is most effective as a regular practice (3-6x/week) allowing patterns in the body and mind to be worked with guidance.
- Fall 2018 Semester Schedule (NGRC): Sunday - Fridays, on-going throughout the year. Exceptions are Thanksgiving weekend and winter break. Check with the instructor for details.

This allows access to Mysore Ashtanga Yoga classes only. No membership required. To purchase a Mysore Pass, please contact IM-REC at 434-924-3791. Anyone may purchase a pass and attend Mysore classes including students, faculty, staff, and community members.
