Mindfulness Class to Be Held for McIntire Students

Spring 2014 COMM 3995 Tu 6:30-8:00pm | A variety of informal practices will also be introduced to facilitate mindful awareness of everyday activities.  Students are expected to participate in all in-class practices and discussions with full, non-judgmental attention.  Discussions will explore the applications of mindfulness in mind-body awareness, mindful eating, communication skills, business-career contexts, and stress reduction.
