In today’s workplace, we need the skills that allow us to listen, team-build, and innovate. In this class, you will learn practices that cultivate presence (calm from the inside out) while improving your ability to focus, collaborate, and achieve fulfillment in your career. Marga creates an engaging experiential program based on research that creates positive changes in our relationship to stress, aligns our values with our behavior, and addresses habitual reactions through the practices of relaxation, mindfulness, and flourishing.
Marga Odahowski is an educator, author, and entrepreneur. Her mission is to bring the integration of research and practical skills to individuals to facilitate wellbeing and creativity. Marga has an MSE in Counseling Education and has a served as faculty at University of Virginia for 24 years where she has taught mindfulness-based academic courses and workshops. As a consultant, she developed and taught the Mindful Executive program for the MBA Executives Program at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business, the Mindful Leadership course at the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce, and the Mindful Leadership Course at the Federal Executive Institute.
