Fall 2015: Mysore Yoga
Heat up your winter with free Mysore Yoga at North Grounds Recreation Center!
Mysore is the traditional way of practicing Ashtanga yoga and offers a highly personalised approach. Each student has an individualized practice which is developed and overseen by the teacher. Mysore is appropriate for students of all levels.
Free sessions will be offered at North Grounds
December 14th-18th and January 4th-16th
Monday - Friday 6:30-9:30am and Sunday 10am-noon
