Join us for this experiential 6-week series featuring contemplative practices from around the world. Held at the University’s iconic Rotunda.
This class will be an approachable, medium energy flow yoga. Each week will begin with some light warm ups, followed by beginner friendly sequences and a few challenging projects. Zoe's intention with this class is to give participants the opportunity to rejuvenate and relax at the end of the day while incorporating fun and encouraging challenges.
All classes are free and open to the public.
