Individually-focused Ashtanga yoga series within a group setting.

  • Spring Semester Schedule (NGRC): Sunday, Jan 15 - Wednesday, May 2
    • Sundays — 9 am-12 pm
    • Monday-Thursdays — 6:30 am-9:30 am
    • Monday-Thursdays (Beginner's Class) — 9:30 am-10:30 am
    • Fridays — 6:30 am-7:30 am
    • Fridays (Led Series) — 7:30 am-8:30 am
* If you have an existing practice come and go as your schedule allows; Beginners come at 9:30 am for Intro to Mysore.
Mysore is open to everyone and suitable for all body types and levels of experience. Participants will receive one-on-one attention in a group setting, working through a set series of postures, and learn a practice tailored to one's needs. Mysore is most effective as a regular practice (3-6x/week) allowing patterns in the body and mind to be worked with guidance.

To participate, purchase one of the following passes:
1)  30-Day Pass for $40 
This allows access to Mysore Ashtanga Yoga classes only. No membership required.

2)  Group Exercise Pass (free between Jan 2-Jan 24).
 This allows access to all Group Ex classes; Available only to students and IM-Rec Sports members.
 
3) Guest Pass
Non-members/guests may purchase single class passes for Mysore Ashtanga Yoga. Pricing/policies here.

For All Passes
If you are a gym member, you still need to purchase a pass.
