Evening Ashtanga Yoga

Every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM
Students are led through part of the primary series of Ashtanga yoga in a group class. Focus on breathing, explanation of the poses with modifications and gazing point are all introduced. Expect to build up a sweat, while developing strength, flexibility and mindfulness.

Bend your body and mind with Zoe Ward
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5-7PM(Jan 17-May 11), Slaughter Recreation Center
These sessions can be attended with a group exercise pass.
