Erin Hall has been the Director of Development for the Contemplative Sciences Center at U.Va. since July 2014.  In this role, she serves as CSC’s chief development officer, overseeing all aspects of fundraising as well as participating in management of communications.

Prior to joining the CSC team in July 2014, Erin worked for nine years for the University of Virginia’s College and Graduate School of Arts & Sciences in its development office. In that time, she traveled nationwide on behalf of the University and worked closely with the College’s arts departments.  In addition, she ran the development efforts for the Virginia Film Festival, Heritage Theatre Festival and Cavalier Marching Band as well as led the annual giving program for Arts & Sciences. She continues to serve part-time as a senior gift officer for the College.  

Erin is a member of the Live Arts board of directors. She has been a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for over five years. She is also a past member of the Alumni Association Board of St. Andrew’s School in Delaware and has recently served on the giving committee for her 10th U.Va. reunion.  Erin received her B.A. in Drama and History from the University of Virginia in 2005.
