Her over 18-years of meditation and yoga experience has allowed her to customize procedures that best fit the needs of those she works with. An educator since 2007, Elyse is licensed in both California and Virginia to teach special and gifted education (K-12); for years she incorporated yoga and mindfulness into these classes as well. Since returning to the East Coast in August 2017, she has worked with private clients as a wellness and educational consultant.

She integrates health and life coaching, meditation, yoga, energy work and educational skills when curating and co-creating individualized systems to address clients’ unique needs. Elyse offers customized yoga practices that range from restorative to intensive Hatha practices while integrating pranayama and mindfulness techniques. Sessions afford others the skills to navigate and regulate daily stressors more easily. She also conducts Neuroscience of Stress Reduction and other stress management workshops for Fairfax County Public Schools behavior intervention services.
Living a third of her life abroad, Elyse has long embraced cultural diversity and values global perspectives and lifestyles. Her time in the Middle East trained her to be a good listener and facilitator, two skills that benefit her daily. She enjoys helping others solve problems, find their center, build esteem and feel a general sense of peace.
