Marian Matthews is a Hatha based yoga instructor employed by the Contemplative Sciences Center to bring yoga and mindfulness into the local schools. Marian’s teaching focuses on breath work, mind/body awareness, practicing postures, relaxation, and meditation. Her approach is informal, beginner and advanced are welcome and the only requirement is an open heart, open mind, and a mat. Even if you think you can't do yoga, come anyway.
