Unless otherwise noted, all classes will meet weekly from January 22-May 3rd (closed for spring break.)
Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, simultaneously encourages a deep state of relaxation and awareness. This practice promotes a sense of conscious rest, aiding participants into a space between wakefulness and sleep. Yoga Nidra is both calming and rejuvenating.
Sessions are free and open to all students, faculty, staff, and Charlottesville community members and guests. Prior registration is not required. Participation is first come, first served. Attendees are invited to arrive early to secure a spot.
