Learn how gentle yoga can assist in easing pain associated with chronic neck and back  injuries. This therapeutic class focuses on balancing strength and flexibility in the lower back, upper back, and neck. Practice is slow and gentle and suited for all levels. Beginners are welcome.
 
Sessions are free and open to all students, faculty, staff, and Charlottesville community members and guests. Prior registration is not required. Participation is first come, first served, so attendees are invited to arrive early to secure a spot.
