This restorative workshop teaches postures and breathwork which aid sleep by lowering the heart rate and calming the mind. We will use props to allow the muscles to completely release and relax. (Props are provided in the space, and include bolsters, pillows, and blankets.)
 
Sessions are free and open to all students, faculty, staff, and Charlottesville community members and guests. Prior registration is not required. Participation is first come, first served, so attendees are invited to arrive early to secure a spot.
