4-Session Intro to Ashtanga Yoga Course S2019 - Sessions I & II

Sessions will be held on Saturdays and Sundays: Session I: February 9 & 10; Session II: February 16 & 17, 2019 at AFC. (Students should plan to attend both sessions.)
- Come to all four sessions, sign up for a Mysore pass, and receive a free t-shirt!
- Registration is limited to 20 participants*
Each Class will include Yoga theory and principles, A Mysore primer, and review of the postures learned the week before. Participants will be guided at a slow and even pace through the postures that were previously. This class provides a great opportunity to review and apply what was taught on Saturday, and it will include a brief intro into Yoga Philosophy.
