Yoga for Sleep and Relaxation

Clemons Contemplative Rm 220

This restorative 3-week series teaches postures and breathwork which aid sleep by lowering the heart rate, and calming the mind. We will use props to allow the muscles to completely release and relax. (Props will be provide and include bolsters, pillows, blankets, etc.)
Free and open to all students, faculty, staff, and community members/guests. Prior registration is not required, and participation is on a first come, first served basis. Participants are invited to arrive early to secure a spot.
This 3-week series starts on Mar 18 and ends on Apr 1, 2018.
