Yoga for Back Pain

Clemons Contemplative Rm 220

Learn how gentle yoga can assist in easing the pain associated with chronic neck and back pain or injuries. This therapeutic class focuses on balancing strength and flexibility in the lower back, upper back, and neck. Practice is slow and gentle and suited for all levels. Beginners are welcome.
Free and open to all students, faculty, staff, and community members/guests. Prior registration is not required, and participation is on a first come, first served basis. Participants are invited to arrive early to secure a spot.

This 3-week special series starts on Jan 21 and ends on Feb 4, 2018.
