As we juggle commitments and rush through our days and nights, it’s easy to feel strained, stressed, and out of balance. What can we do to meet our daily goals while also taking care of ourselves? These sessions will offer practical exercises and contemplative activities designed to heal and care for ourselves with added grace and balance.
