Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese health care system that integrates physical postures, movements, breathing techniques, and focused intention. Qi Gong is a low-impact form of exercise that can be practiced by people of all fitness levels. It is a fun way to work out while developing power, stability, coordination, flexibility, as well as ease in both body and mind.

Free and open to all students, faculty, staff, and community members/guests. Prior registration is not required, and participation is on a first come, first served basis. Participants are invited to arrive early to secure a spot.

Note: No class on Jan 26, Feb 9.
