Clemons Contemplative Rm 220

Join CSC contemplative instructors each Monday to start off the week by exploring different elements of basic mindfulness meditation including awareness, breathwork, body scan and relaxation, stress reduction, emotional regulation, and resilience.  Sessions will include instruction on guided practice and daily life integration as well as small group discussions.  
Mindfulness Mondays will offer two sessions, one at noon and one at 8 pm. Both are free and open to all students, faculty, staff and local community members. Prior registration is not required, and spots to participate are first come, first served, so participants are invited to arrive early to obtain a spot.
