The individual practice of self-care looks different for all of us, but at its root, it is about making time so we can be more of who we want to be in our daily lives. Join us for a contemplative experience and discussion on using the wisdom of the body to create a personalized self-care routine.
 
Please bring a notebook and an open mind. (Paper provided if you forget!)
 
This 1-day special program is for UVA Staff and Faculty. Another session for students will be offered on April 29, Sunday.
