Join movement, dance, and improvisation instructor Brad Stoller for this exploration originating in "Contemplative Dance Practice" which includes body & listening; movement & stillness; and contemplative & wildness practices. This is a playfully attentive structure that transforms negative stressors, loosens the joints, and delights the soul.
